Jake, When you get your batteries I will be interested to find out if you put something on the terminals to keep them from corroding. I am having trouble with all our car batteries. They get that white corrosion on them in about 3 months. Looks so bad and probably affects conductivity. Doug
As for the batteries, they are the only thing i have left to get. I'm trying to work up some sort of discount before i commit to buying them.
As for corrosion i think the only ways to avoid it are strong connection between the wire terminals and the battery terminal, and cleaning the terminals every once in a while.
I think baking soda is what you use to clean the batteries because it is basic and somewhat neutralizes the battery acid.
