Once it was set up, we put the motor and tranny togther, hopefully for good, and next we will lower it into the hood and mount it. The whole thing weighs close to 300 lbs, so it was tricky to get it togther and lined up properly.

Preperation for Mounting the Motor/Tranny
We ended up scoring a deal on an engine lift, and put it together today

Wow...Almost a year of building this thing
Braking System
The brakes on the car wont be as efficient, because when the gas engine was in, it created a vaccuum that the brakes fed off of to help stop the car. With no engine, i wont have a vacuum and the brakes will work, but not nearly as good.
To fix this i ordered an electric vacuum pump that will create enough vacuum.
